The Beginning
  _

Moorimgoong Martial Arts is a dojo based in Koreatown, Los Angeles. For over 60 years, they have taught MMA and its foundational martial arts heritage to students who want to learn self-defense.  I was asked to come up with motion graphics using their identity to promote the idea that martial art isn't just a form of fighting, but to train them to be disciplined humbled individuals and experience the journey for themselves.

Seeing this abstract painting while visiting Broad Museum gave me the thought of it as a tunnel transition that relates to my concept.
My feelings invoked a journey, a blood glintching physical tolls, and experiencing the ups and downs while you are traversing through the tunnel.
